Appointments & Cancellations
– Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled *free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.*  
– For cancellations *within 24 hours* or *no-shows*, the full amount may be charged.  
– Running late? We'll do our best to still help you, but if time is limited we may need to shorten or adjust the treatment.

 

Payment
– Payments can be made in cash or by card, unless stated otherwise.

 

Prices & Treatments
– All prices include VAT and are subject to change.  
– Treatment prices are based on the information listed on our website or booking tool.  
– Bleaching is a separate treatment and is not included in standard “coloring” services.

 

Liability
– We work with care and professionalism. However, Hair by Aliviana Mericha is not liable for allergic reactions, damage to clothing or accessories, or dissatisfaction with a treatment if carried out as agreed.  
– Do you have an allergy or any doubts? Please let us know in advance.

 

Guarantee
– Not happy with the result? Let us know within *7 days* and we’ll look for a suitable solution together.  
– If products are used outside the stylist’s advice, any guarantee on color or styling may be void.

 

Personal Data  
– Your data will only be used to manage appointments and will *never* be shared with third parties.

 

Hygiene & Safety
– We follow strict hygiene protocols. If agreed, we kindly ask you to come with clean hair.  
– In case of inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right to refuse service.
